Trojan Battery

Trojan Battery Corporation – Sandersville, GA

Dublin Construction constructed the new 170,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant for Trojan Battery Co., located in Sandersville, Georgia in 2007. This company manufactures Deep Cycle Batteries and is a primary supplier of these batteries for the Golf Cart Industry. The original project was Tilt Up Walls with Bar Joist and Single Ply Roofing. The Charging Area was all done with Acid Brick floors and Acid Proof in Ground Trench Systems.

In 2015, we made a 124,000 sq. ft. addition to the original facility for Warehouse and Manufacturing with Pre-Engineered Building Systems, Full Liner Panels, Singly Ply Room, and LED Lighting Systems. This last project was by necessity; a Two-Phase Project that required interesting scheduling and interfacing with the ongoing manufacturing and delivery commitments. The project was finished on time and within budget.
