Safety is Our Top Priority

As a close-knit, family owned business we appreciate and understand the value of the safety of each and every person working on our projects. Our commitment to a “Safe Work Place” comes, not from a place of compliance, but because there is nothing more important than doing everything possible to ensure the safety of our employees, clients, partners and the people who use our facilities day in and day out.

Safety is a part of our culture—our employees appreciate that and are trained and empowered to implement safety protocol at all times. We customize site-specific training for each project, and every employee and subcontractor receives this training before they are permitted to enter the construction site.

By regularly instituting new programs, innovative processes and technology, we stay on the forefront of the industry’s safety advancements. Because of our uncompromising commitment to safety, the company has worked over 3.5 million man-hours without a loss time accident.

Additionally, creating a safe environment is financially beneficial to a project—only through a safe environment can a contractor realize true cost containment.
