Safety is a part of our culture—our employees appreciate that and are trained and empowered to implement safety protocol at all times. We customize site-specific training for each project, and every employee and subcontractor receives this training before they are permitted to enter the construction site.

By regularly instituting new programs, innovative processes and technology, we stay on the forefront of the industry’s safety advancements. Because of our uncompromising commitment to safety, the company has worked over 3.5 million man-hours without a loss time accident.

• Superintendents have U.S. Department of Labor Certificates of Training
