DCC has performed multiple Design-Build projects for Bard Manufacturing in Madison, GA. The first addition was assembling and warehouse space with a large employee parking lot. The new employee parking lot had 300 spaces. The New Manufacturing building addition was intended to support the new government mandated refrigerant change over.

Both projects encountered unsuitable soils and groundwater such that special provisions had to be considered. The New Manufacturing building was actually built where a jurisdictional waterway used to reside.
A portion of the site had to use soil cement to stabalize subsurface conditions. The jurisdictional waterway needed Army Corp of Engineers approval and the waterway had to be re-routed while a new storm system was installed to handle it.
