DCC was selected to provide Construction Management at Risk (CM-at-Risk) services for renovating and expanding the Bank of Dudley’s downtown headquarters. This project unified four buildings, including three that were part of the existing multi-floor structure. The bank acquired a fourth building from local attorney Scott Thompson.
The exterior was redesigned with a cohesive brick façade, double-hung windows, and cornice molding. Interior modifications improved customer flow and staff efficiency. The renovation was conducted in phases to ensure the bank remained operational. DCC is proud to contribute to the preservation of this historic landmark, part of the Dublin Commercial Historic District, which was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.
