DCC was selected to perform CM-at-Risk services to construct their New Main Branch facility in Dublin, GA. Existing structures and buildings that previously occupied the site were demolished to make way for the new facility, which spans over 14,500 square feet and includes business operations and administrative Offices. The attention to detail in the interior millwork and exterior brick facade is unparalleled. The interior finishes feature custom molding, doors, and other high-end materials, many of which were installed by our in-house carpentry experts. The building was designed and constructed to match the existing architecture of the surrounding area.
