Duraline

Phase One construction involved repairs to the existing facility due to storm damage from a documented tornado. This included replacing the existing roof with a new single-ply roof furnished and installed by Dublin Construction Co., Inc., as well as structural repairs to existing bar joists and metal decking caused by the storm.

Phase Two construction involved the demolition of the existing interior wood-framed offices (2 stories) to create a new concrete mezzanine with structural steel supports and bar joists. Offices were reconstructed on both floors with a redesigned layout and workflow improvements, as requested by the owner. This also involved relocating the existing Quality Lab to join the offices.
