DCC has been working with GPI for over 20 years. We have performed numerous projects and provide plant maintenance services at the facility. The latest project features a production facility spanning 66,400 square feet, with a 28-foot eave height, and a corrugated building measuring 7,344 square feet, also boasting a 26-foot eave height. This addition was attached to an existing facility that was already in operation. The production facility is equipped with advanced temperature control systems utilizing air rotation and make-up air units, supported by specialized wiring, Motor Control Centers, and a substantial electrical service. The project also entails intricate chilled water piping for optimal temperature management. The corrugated buildings serve as storage, complete with loading docks, lighting, and a chilled water-colling system. This project demonstrates our commitment to the seamless integration of MEP systems, robust foundations, and tailored solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

The addition was attached to the existing printing line, which is a clean process environment. Once most of the construction was complete, we removed the old exterior wall to combine the lines into one open space, all while the existing process lines were still active.
We waited till the completion of the project before removing the existing separation wall.
