Scheduling

A project schedule is the road map to a project’s success.  It takes into account all of the owner’s requirements, properly organizes the installation sequences, and provides achievable durations for each step, so that it can be used to track the project’s progress. At Dublin Construction, we place top priority on project scheduling.  We have 100% track record of completing our jobs on, or ahead of schedule, so you can feel assured that our expertise in scheduling is a service you can depend upon.

Our scheduling managers are dedicated to your project from pre-construction to completion. They work closely with the pre-construction and operations teams to develop an accurate schedule.  The schedule is monitored on a biweekly basis, including site visits to review schedule updates and make any required logic changes. Any necessary updates go through a review process and are then communicated to entire project team.

Public-Private Partnerships (P3)

Public-Private Partnership, or P3, can offer municipalities and states with constrained budgets an alternative means of financing essential facilities.

This business relationship is between a private-sector company and a government agency.  It is created for the purpose of completing a project that will serve the public, and can be used to finance, build and operate projects such as public transportation networks, parks and convention centers. Financing a project through a public-private partnership can provide a greenlight for projects that would never happen otherwise, or, in some cases, allow a project to be completed sooner.
